On Feb 17, 2004, I placed an order that totaled $125.92. For each item I ordered, their site stated that the item was "in stock and usually ships the next business day (Mon-Fri)".
I made a printout of the transaction confirmation page while it was displayed on the screen. And a little while later I checked my email and had a confirmation of the order. It confirmed the items and quantites of what I had placed that morning.

After visiting the site several days later to see what the status of my order was, it showed the order was not sent but reserved.
On February 28, 2004, I sent an email asking about the order and they replied, "Our records show that your order has been processed and will be shipped at the earliest. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is shipped."
On Mar 02, 2004, I received the shipment confirmation. But, the quantity had been changed so that the order amount fell below $100.00. Instead of two rod holders and two fenders the order was changed to one rod holder and one fender.
I have tried to resolve this matter by email and online via Kevin at Boatersworld.com. He (Kevin) states that their documents show a quantity of 1 for each item ordered, and that he is very sorry for the inconvenience.
I later emailed Reitzinteractive.com who own Boatersworld.com about the problem and they wouldn't even bother to reply at all.
