Spamfree.com - cancelled download - so far unable to cancel charge

Yesterday I considered ordering a service for no spam or popups. When I got to the part where it said download, my computer told me that the download was suspicious for corrupting my files to I hit the cancel button.

Then I received a post from Spamfree + Spamfree.com thanking me for placing my order and telling me my account would be credited just under $50.00 and that I had a 14 day free trial period in which I could cancel.

The post also had directions for downloading, but none of "press here" instructions allowed linkage to anything. There were also 2 email addys plus the one that it came from. I have posted all 3 three and no one has replied. Looks like I just got "took."
