StoresOnline is committed to customer satisfaction and is constantly improving its products and services. StoresOnline is eager to satisfy its customers by fixing problems and overcoming misunderstandings. If StoresOnline has problems with its software or its services, then a detailed complaint about what is wrong is necessary for StoresOnline to remedy the situation. General postings made about StoresOnline’s products or services are often unclear as to what consumers want StoresOnline to do. StoresOnline’s products are constantly improved when customers identify specific glitches in the software or shortfalls in its services. Indeed, the latest version of StoresOnline software, introduced earlier this year, is a result of detailed and clear feedback from StoresOnline customers. We urge you to contact StoresOnline and identify your concerns. Please provide your full name, address, telephone number, and StoresOnline product license numbers. StoresOnline will respond to your email and will find a resolution to your questions and concerns. Other useful information about StoresOnline can be found at its website at www.storesonline.com. StoresOnline provides small business owners and entrepreneurs with eServices to help their customers successfully market their products and services. Whether a company wants to extend an existing business to the Internet, or launch the next big idea, StoresOnline's eServices are there to help each step of the way. From education, to training, to eCommerce-enabled websites, StoresOnline seeks to be the best in the business. StoresOnline's software platform has continuously developed over the past decade, evolving to fit the needs of the dynamic, global economy. Today, the development platform (StoresOnline Pro) sets the precedent as small business owners and entrepreneurs offer their products and services to the world. You should not only consider what StoresOnline is claiming about its commitment to customer satisfaction. Consider the recent report written by Ed Magedson, founder of RipoffReport.com, detailed below. Please visit www.ripoffreport.com to confirm this report. Through exhaustive research in conjunction with RipOffReport, StoresOnline found that only 12% of complaints filed on that website were true StoresOnline customers. In that report Ed Magedson - Founder, Rip-off Report, stated: “Rip-off Report discovered disgruntled ex-employees, competitors and persons who have taken a "short position" in StoresOnline Stock have tried to victimize StoresOnline repeatedly. Actually, Rip-Off Report's investigation reveals that many of the complainants are not StoresOnline's customers at all, but some of the aforementioned miscreants instigated others to file complaints without even first contacting StoresOnline customer service.

Rip-Off Report's investigation of StoresOnline shows that StoresOnline is fulfilling its commitment to provide excellent customer service.” StoresOnline has researched this consumer’s complaint and has determined this customer has never contacted StoresOnline for customer support. Sincerely, Customer Service

Storesonline scam

STORESONLINE

I wish I had known to look at complaints.com before I sank so much money into Stores online!

I have spent the worst year of my life trying to get a business online. I assumed it was my lack of computer knowledge that made this so difficult. Now that I read the letters on complaints.com I realize that I'm not alone.

I kept giving them more money to purchase addons thinking that would get someone to help me. Of course, that was not the answer. I paid PMI to help and got an inept coach that couldn't realize that I couldn't understand the "computereze" he spoke. I didn't even know what to do next!

I just got news that out of $12,000 (which the Tax Club said that I would be able to get back on my taxes in the first year) I'll only get $2000 back. That doesn't even make a dent in the money I charged on my credit cards! I was debt free before I got suckered by Storesonline, PMI and The Tax club.

If you or anyone you know is currently pursuing a class action suit against Stores online, please let me know. I feel scammed and used. I thought I was too smart to ever get myself into this situation!!

I would appreciate any reply so that I know someone else is out there that has been scammed by these companies.

Thank you,

Eleanor Q

Eleanor,

I would just like to let you know that I too have purchased storesonline products. I have to admit I was nervous to the commitment. However, this is no a get-rich-quick scheme. And if you would have paid attention in the beginning and not been high on the anticipation of getting rich just by committing to the purchase, you wouldn't be in your position. I have a neighbor that thinks he can get what we've purchased and more for no money. He's my friend, but boy is he a idiot! He has a lot to learn, and I'm going to let him learn the hard way.

What I'm trying to say is, I KNEW what I was getting myself into, but of course I had been ripped off many times prior to storesonline. I wish I could help you Eleanor, but one can only help those who help themselves.

Is it possible that your actions and decisions caused the failure with your online bussiness? Or do you sincerely believe that storesonline took advantage of you-all their fault?

By the way, the $12,000 you spent can be used for tax deductions. Do you know what that means. IT DOES NOT MEAN THE GOVERNMENT GIVES YOU BACK THE $12000 THE NEXT YEAR! For every six thousand dollars of income, you can expect to pay one thousand in taxes. So, if have bring in $32000 and have $14000 in write offs (what storesonline was trying to explain to you), then your taxable income is $18000. The taxes you owe would be about $3000. Make sense? Does everyone else understand this?

Sounds to me like error on your behalf.
