on-line prescription service - I attempted to order some diet pills - i netered all the information requested including my charge card number and i was told the transaction was declined because the shipping and billing address did not match -

i re-entered the information - got the same message back - called the customer service number and was advised that my card was not only charged once - but twice - this is for services that were "declined" -

i was also advised that there was nothing i could do about it until monday. how can this company tie up my credit and then tell me there's nothing they can do about it???
