After fulfilling my original contract, plus a year, I decided to get a new phone. Walked into a Sprint store in Orland Park, IL., negotiated a price through their telephone customer service hotline which was rejected by the Sprint store manager and I did not receive the product.

Later a generated letter of acceptance was sent to my e-mail account and I promptly replied back saying that I was dissatisfied with their service and was going to change carriers.

Upon changing they are attempting to charge me $150.00 early cancellation fee and refuse to discuss this saying that the charge is valid. Now I am even more dissatisfied with their service.
