I agree about the service at Alert tire in Plant City, Florida. If you need tires...ok...but do NOT let them do any service to your vehicle. The girl in the office is rude not only to the employees right in front of you but will snap at customers also. This sets a bad tone the minute you walk in. last week she was screaming into the phone at someone..right where everyone could here. I took my car in for a computer check and it was there for a week and STILL got an incorrect diagnosis. $450 later I gave up with them. I do not think they even did the work they said they did. They way overcharge for the parts, charging at least 100% more than you would pay for them at Discount/AutoZone, and no one makes sure the work is actually done.

The last time I took it in...I placed a small piece of tape over the cover of the part they were supposed to work on...and it was STILL there when I went to pick it up. When I pointed that out to the tech named MIke, he said That was not possible. Go figure.

After taking the car to the dealership and getting a correct diagnosis I went back to Alert and told them. The response of the girl in the front office was ...What am I supposed to do about it? We tried. hmmmmmmm Maybe if they got a real office manager and a real service manager things might be different...but no one seems to care about th quality of their service any longer. Such a shame as the owner's father spent many years building this business up.
