I had taken my Toyota 4x4 into thier Auto shop to have the summer tires changed over to the winter tires. I left the truck there and browsed around the store for an hour.

I went back to check, to see if the service was done. I was preparing to pay and had gotten the receipt and asked for my keys.

They could not find them and looked for almost an hour. Eventually they were found in a storage room.

I entered my vehicle and found that the stereo had been played with and grease marks from thier boots were all over the drivers side of the floor.

After a week of driving I felt a wobble in the front end. I got home an had a look and found that 3 of the lug nuts were gone 2 were very loose and 1 was tight. This was the passengers side front tire.

I checked the other lug nuts and found 3 on every wheel were very loose. And a further 4 lug nuts were missing.

Do they not check thier work? After talking with the shop personell I was told that they could not do anything as the repair work was performed outside of thier shop.

How can they repair the damage when they dont offer that type of service in the first place? They screwed up once, as if I would trust them to fix anything again.

I never got the issue resolved at the store and nothing has happened since. I have sent off a letter to head office and have received nothing as of yet. That was 2 months ago.

The heck with Walmart in Vernon.

I have an on going problem with Walmart automotive. A few times now and not only on my vehicle. Grease fittings not being greased. For they show my vehicle has no fittings. Though they are just to lazy to look and there suppose to be qualified tech. a joke. This problem was to be resloved. The top CEO isn't going to like it when he receives another letter.
