Tigerdirect.com - 3 days have passed since placing desktop PC order - got auto generated order number thru e-mail immediatly, but haven't heard anything else in 3 days

dear complaints.com;
please publish my negative review below; It's been 3 days since i ordered my desktop. got an auto generated order number thru e-mail
immediately. since then, i hear nothing from tigerdirect.com. logged on to check status. no update
except a pending review.
so i called 1800-800-8300 today. after waiting 20mins, i have a male customer agent answered my call.
i ask politely, " who am i speaking to please ? " click, i was cut off. it is all a simple transaction. i ordered, paid thru my credit card and i just want my desktop.
why do i need to go thru this drama ?
neither does tigerdirect with this negative review.
now more waiting and wasted time for drama to unfold..... tick, tick, tick
