Vacaville GMC two months after buying the car we noticed that while doing a right hand turn coming off a roadway or trying to merge onto a roadway there was a grinding noise from our brakes as well a shaking of the brake pedal and front end. also, the brakes are progressively getting "soft" as time goes by. when taking the car to the dealership for repair they could not replicate the problem blaming aggressive / abnormal driving conditions. the softness of the brakes was normal abs operation. we went to dealership and replicated the right turn problem for them the same day.

the next day they called to say it was normal when using the tc (traction control) and that no damage was being done to the car.

they suggested we drive a new one from the lot to compare to ours. it does the same thing and not to use the traction control. they have contacted gm to confirm this. i asked for this explanation in writing. we purchased this vehicle to specifically pull a small trailer and were assured it would easily do this operation. we are now nervous to put a trailer behind the car or children in the car.
