Travel Service Network

Batavia, Illinois This company has other companies sell memberships to their travel agency for outrageous prices. I know there have been many complaints on this website, but this is still happening to innocent people every day. I was called by phone and told that I won a trip to las vegas or orlando and just had to listen to a presentation by Vacation Galleria to claim my trip. The presentation was about the TSN memberships, which were the best deal imaginable. Members were guaranteed to get the lowest airfare, hotel, rental cars, cruises, etc. and you got three free vacations just for signing up. The cost of $3500 was not much money compared to what you were supposed to be able to save with TSN. Unfortunately we bought the membership and found out within two months that we had been ripped off. This happened in January of 02 and we still haven't gotten our money back. TSN of course blames Vacation Galleria, which no longer exists. Beth Valente gave me a fake number for Vacation Galleria to get me off her back. I sure hope I meet her someday. I don't know how she sleeps at night. By the way, we never got our original trip to las vegas! Please notify the Attorney General of any complaints and if you haven't bought the membership, DO NOT buy it for even one penny, because you will have been scammed. Everyone who has filed a complaint with the Attorney General and got no results - call them again! 17 other states have sued TSN, so why not Illinois. The AG should put a stop to this and I will be calling State Senators if nothing is done soon. I hold the State of Illinois partially responsible for allowing this to continue for 15 years!
