American Fair Credit - AFCA - entered into a contract w/American Fair Credit back in 1990 - recently notified by bank that AFCA is submitting monthly fee under the wrong account number

I also entered into a contract w/American Fair Credit back in 1990. I have recently been notified by my bank that they are submitting my monthly fee under the wrong account number. The bank asked me to contact them and give them the correct information, which they had up until 3 months ago, so I don't know why they are submitting the monthly payment under the wrong number now.

Unfortunately, I cannot get an active phone number, nor can I find a website. If anyone out there has contact information for AFCA, please let me know so I can straighten this out before the bank refuses to honor their payment. I also want to get out of the contract since they are not available to respond to my requests.
