On 31st January 2004 checked out of Quest Flemington, after staying for six nights. Our total bill was $1100. Without authorisation they charged my friends credit card $1380 dollars. I have been pursuing them ever

since to retrieve the missing money but 6 weeks later and still no sign of a refund.

The service was terrible and the manager is acting like i am bothering her every time i call. I live in New Zealand so it is a hassle to keep calling Australia and is probably costing me the earth! I have made 8 or 9 calls over the last 6 weeks and am at a loss over what to do.
