I placed an order with 4-fans.com on December 24, 2003 and received verification of my order. I was charged $144.97 on my VISA on December 25, 2003 but have not received the merchandise.

I have tried to contact them numerous times and have received no response, no credit to my VISA account and no merchandise. Can someone please help me?
