Bellsouth - made online payment for $ 100.20 - didn't receive payment confirmation - found out the next day that was charged three times for a total of $ 300.60

About 2 weeks ago on a weekend evening… I went ahead and did an online payment with BELLSOUTH for $100.20. Their online system never confirmed receipt of the payment and I was tired and went to sleep. The next day, a Saturday morning… much to my surprise,… 3 of the SAME PAYMENTS were deducted. (Totaling 300.60). – I went ahead and called them. – WENT through phone tree after phone tree and finally got a person… WHO COULD NOT DO ANYTHING… “Oh don’t worry, it only shows posted and when they see 3 of the same payment go through, they will question it and contact you… don’t worry” .
