I purchased and used my 2002 turbo tax program. I reinstalled it to amend a tax return and do another,

and it says I have not paid for it, and is requesting an order number and key code.

I do not have that information any longer. I called the number on the screen, and it said it was not a working number after I was so supposed to be connected to a representative.

I need that information.

Please Respond. I have been using turbo tax since 1999.
