Wendy's service

 

I went to a Wendy’s and ordered lunch. The person talking out of the speaker told me the total amount I owed, but I wasn’t sure if she said drive up to the first or second window. I said “excuse me?” But no one answered, so I proceeded to drive around. I slowed down and looked into the first window, but no one was there. So I proceeded to drive to the second one. All of a sudden, I heard someone yell at me “I said the first window, s—t!” I couldn’t believe my ears. I backed my car up, and said, “Now, now, there’s no need to get this serious”. She took my money, and never looked in my face. She never said thank you. She just handed me my change and walked off. I went to the next window and asked for the manager. A woman dressed in a wrinkled manager suit asked me if she could help me. I told her what happened, and she said, “I’m sorry this happened to you. I hope it won’t spoil your lunch. Have a nice day.” AND WALKED AWAY! I finally drove around, parked my car, and took the food back in the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager again. The woman at the counter asked what the problem was. When I asked for the manager again, she got a little louder, until a man came from the back and said, “I am a manager, can I help you?” I told him the situation; he gave me my money back and let me keep my lunch. I think the woman was fired.
