Uniontown, Pennsylvania 15401 Dear Sirs: I am enclosing copies of correspondence I sent to you on January 28, 2003 and on August 18, 2003 regarding your USA Credit Card. In those letters I requested that you cancel the account and refund the amount of $199.00 to me which you took from my bank account without my authorization. To date I have not even received the courtesy of a response to my letters. I spoke with someone in your office who assured me that if I returned all the papers to you, with a letter of explanation, my money would be refunded. I gave you my bank account number in good faith on the understanding that you would "run through a charge of $1.00 to make sure the account was an open account". To my horror I discovered that you had actually taken $199.90 out of my account without my authorization and without advising me that you were going to do this. I am demanding an immediate response to this letter and that you refund to me the amount of $199.00 immediately. L, Heather

i called them and asked them to cancel my account in october and they tried to refuse me and talk me into keeping the account so i tried to give it a chance next thing you know they took 40.00 mor dollars out of my account
