Complaint for Falconi's Acura Las Vegas

March 10, 2004 Falconi's Acura 7000 W Sahara Ave

Las Vegas, NV 89117-2833

To Whom It May Concern: I am currently in the process of buying out my loan with Honda Finance. I have been pre-approved for my loan with a local credit union; however they require a purchase order through the dealership. To expedite this process I called Falconi Acura to make sure that I could get a purchase order, I was transferred to Vickie who I was told would be able to assist me. I explained the situation to Vickie, she then spoke with my loan officer and called me back assuring me that Falconi’s would be able to assist me with a purchase order. I would just need to go to the dealership and talk to her, to remind her of the situation and she would assist me from there. Today I was at Falconi’s Acura for a service and the purchase order. I asked to speak with Vickie, who was in a meeting at the time. After being shown a seat a man came over to me showing me two different options for the end of my lease. One of which was through a personal bank, the other was through Falconi’s Acura. The option through Falconi’s involved the car going through a 150 point inspection, the dealer adding a $2500.00 residual fee and an interest rate of 4.9%.

I explained that I had my loan approved and ready with a 3.49% rate and all that I needed was a purchase agreement that Vickie had assured me previously would not be a problem. I showed the paper with the requirements of credit union to the salesman, and he left to find out what they could do. A second man approached me regarding my situation, I was told he had spoke with a representative at the credit union that I had been pre-approved, and they reiterated that a purchase order was needed.

The second man told me he would talk to Vickie, the women who had originally assured me and my loan officer that a purchase order would not be a problem. After 2
