AT&T PHONE COMPANY
We have tried with phone calls and e-mails to resolve an issue with AT&T telephone co. We moved into a new home and wanted AT&T to switch over our phone service and they keep giving us the run around. I want 2 lines. 1 to do my business computer work on line.
And the other as our personal line. They mixed up the service and we only have one line and my customers are calling the old number and is being forwarded to a new number which is not operable, (810) 744-1901 so therefore I am losing some business customers because my clients can not get in touch with me. I operate an Income Tax Service and I need my phone lines.
Can you offer any advice to us. My wife have sent at least 3 or 4 e-mails and AT&T always says the same thing. We're working on it. That's been over 3 weeks now. This has become very frustrating for us and my customers. Thank You David & Margene B
