I have a complaint regarding the company

too because I have the same problems with them as the customer "vigdis"described!!!!

I placed my order of a total of 156 $ at the beginning of April!!!!!

I am from Europe too (like vigdis), so Fantasy styles promised on their homepage to send the ordered products in about 45-60 days...

After finishing my order, I received an email, entitled "order process" dating back to 07/04/04, basically sumarizing my order.

That was it! No further email, no reaction on complaints, no products!

Fantasy Styles got my money - I paid per Credit Card - on 27/04/04. Since then I have been waiting for getting the ordered products, but nothing!

They do not answer my emails, no reaction at all! I am really in dispair because I need the shoes for my wedding!

Now it's like June 8th, and no sign of any package so far. I have sent repeated emails and no response on there behalf.

Bought shoes for my wedding and paid 2 day shipping charges and ...nothing. called 5 different business numbers. all disconnected. emailed several times. no response. they are not even listed at 411. SHADY SCAM COMPANY-DO NOT BUY FROM THEM~! they never gave a tracking number so ups cant help. if any lives in ga they should find these bastards and give them a what for!

I also purchased boots from Fantasy Styles, back in September..It is now October 31st. No product. I paid for express 3 day shipping to make sure I got them before Halloween for a costume I was wearing...Nothing...Called every business number listed and e-mailed the company numerous, numerous times...Never once received an e-mail response back or a return phone call. They took my money with no problem...only received a order received letter the minute my order was placed and thats it...I paid them thru pay pal. Put a dispute on them thru pay pal...They will not even contact pay pal either. Do not purchase ANYTHING thru this company...You will be out of money.
