To Whom It May Concern - I was just recently made aware that a customer had filed a complaint about our company on your website. The complaint is labeled "Wheaton Moving companies Agent in Denver Colorado (Colorado Hi Movers). Our company is Colorado Hi-Tec Moving & Storage, Inc. and we are the agent for Wheaton Van Lines in Denver, CO. The person's complaint is that they had an appointment on June 8th and that nobody showed up and then we told them that we couldn't move them on the date they needed. During the month of June we had two sales people handling appointments. On June 8th one salesperson was scheduled out of town and wasn't scheduled to do any appointments. The other salesperson had three appointments that day and went to all three appointments. We have no record of an appointment on June 8th with a person named Naeem. It is entirely possible that they called for an appointment and were told we were booked on a certain date and unable to help them. June is our busiest month and we do have days that we have to close the schedule so that we don't overbook. I apologize that the person filing this complaint felt like we didn't want their business. But I would rather be honest with someone and tell them we are booked rather than schedule a move we're too busy to handle and provide bad service. One last thing, I would like to ask you if you can notify our company of any complaint you might receive. This complaint was on your website without our knowledge and I wouldn't have known about if someone hadn't told me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Karen Dickens, Vice President

Appointment was set for June 8th. When no one called or showed up for appointment I called and after 3 blind transfer and repeating my reason for a call.

 

I was told they can not move me on the date mentioned (I had told them my moving date is flexible)They said a " message should have gone out" saying they can not move me. When asked what was the mode of a message ? A phone call, a letter, they jump around my question and said they can not move me on the date. In other words I got my signal in advance, thanks for their in-competency and no desire for my business. Thanks Wheaton for saving me a nightmare with you guys. Naeem
