Ace Hardware, Bloomington, IL - I have tried to find the site (www.acerebates.com) to check on refund status to no avail

I purchased the requisite items at the Ace Hardware in Bloonington IL and mailed in the form and required UPCs and receipt on 5/29/04; I have tried to find the site (www.acerebates.com) to check on refund status to no avail. I called the 800 phone number and the person answering told me there is a red button in the middle of the screen on which to click???????????????????????????????????????????////

Maybe Ace needs to get the system up and running. I have checked out several of the sites that come up. So I guess I will just keep calling the 800 number and bothering the people who supposedly have access.
