Re: Account Adjustment Request

On May 26, I email-ed Sprint and to date have not received a response. You can leave your customers hanging without solutions or answers. Yet, let your customers leave you hanging with their bill.

On Oct 03, I added 232-3049 to my account. It was made very clear to Sprint that I wanted the exact same features added to this phone, as my initial two other phones. Later, I found out this new phone was not Internet ready, so I returned this phone to Sprint. I upgraded my phone, paying $100+ extra for Internet access. Again, when returning and upgrading to new phone, the features were again discussed. Confirmed repeatedly, this new phone would have the same features as my other two phone. MOST IMPORTANTLY AND INCLUDING FREE INTERNET.

It only would make sense, why exchange a new phone, upgrade and pay more money for a phone which was Internet ready, if I wasn't to get it unlimited access for a monthly charge. I know I made sure this was clarified a number of times, as do the two other individuals who were with me at the time. I can vividly recall entirely what transpired. Easily, because of my rage at the time, having to take off work a second time, money (again) deducted from my pay for this time off, and having to wait another 45 minutes at the Sprint Store to rectify a mistake on your behalf. All this should be documented in my records.

During the first of the year, I became very ill and was laid up for quite some time, falling behind on my bills, including sprint. During this time, I also purchased my newest phone from Sprint (which I love). I was so sick that this phone was delivered to my residence and charged to my account (also documented).

The last 90 days, I have been in constant communications with Sprint scheduling payment arrangements over my past due bill. Also discussed were different plans in hopes of lowering phone charges. NEVER, was it brought to my attention the outrageous Internet air time charges this third phone was incurring. On my last conversation with Sprint, only then, did I discover this phone did not have the unlimited Internet access, explaining my increasingly higher monthly statements. As mentioned previously, I stressed this feature repeatedly, not once but twice, knowing the intended use of this phone. I could not believe the blatant disregard of requested features from customer by Sprint.

At this time your gallant representative, so generously, claimed he would credit my account with 1/2 of this last months Internet charges. I think this is an insult and outrageous if Sprint expects me to be satisfied and grateful with a meagore $65.00 credit. I ask you this, what about the additional $1,000+ incurred in charges since this phones activation? Sprint is responsible for this oversight and should be held accountable for these cumulative Internet charges. If Sprint truly strives in customer satisfaction, they should assume responsibility and credit my account immediately.

I would be a complete lunatic, if I would activate a third phone and exclude the unlimited Internet option, knowing its' intended use was primarily for the Internet. Especially when my other two phones maintained this added feature. Currently, my account might be somewhat in the rears, but I am still considered a valued Sprint customer. I have abided by my commitment to repay for all services rendered, recommending friends and family, including my son, who is currently a Sprint subscriber, and in turn, you expect gratitude for a $65.00 credit vs. a $1,000+ error incurred charge by Sprint.

I expect the courtesy from Sprint to acknowledge receipt of this issue and notify me of it's deciding outcome. If you have any further questions I can be contacted at 775-287-28ss.

Respectfully,

Angelique D. C
