I find it strange that Bank of America spends so much on advertising trying to get people to be their customers and then when you do they can't do the basic things a bank is meant to do. I recently went to the BOA on 43rd St and Manatee Ave in Bradenton, Fl and requested 30 one dollar bills.
I was told that they could only give me 10 one dollar bills as all they had in the whole bank for the weekend was 100 ones. They said they must save these for their commercial customers.
I think this is a crock. I needed the change for a garage sale I was having the next day. I went next door to Regions bank where I also have an account and they were more than happy to help me. Thanks Regions and adios Bank of America.
