I have had my circuit city account for multiple years now. there were unauthorized charges done on the account and FNANB investigated and reversed the charges.

then, 6 months later, without notifying me they placed the charges back onto the account claiming they never received the paperwork I was supposed to send them. confused I called their investigations department and the lady told me that they never received all the information required to reverse the charges.

I have now sent these "required" forms to them 4 times now. each and every time I call to verify receipt (they were sent registered mail) FNANB claims they were never received. so now I have a $3000 charge on my account that I never did. it seems legal recourse is the only way to handle this. funny thing is.

my mother works for Bank One and they just bought Fleet, Chase and FNANB. she said they are in the wrong and should have never reversed the charges in the first place. now me, the consumer, is forced to suffer for their money hungry tactics of making poor defenseless consumers suffer so they can fatten their pockets.
