This is to request you that I had purchased whirlpool refrigerator 220 on the date mentioned above. The other details are also mentioned above.

I am not satisfied with the refrigerator I am having. As from the very beginnning it started giving problems. Several times I had to call your service engineer and only after repeated requests my refrigerator was repaired. I got it repaired on

23.05.2003 Rs. 850.00

20.06.2003 Rs. 600.00 + Rs. 250.00

14.06.2004

(no date) Rs. 450.00

(no date) Rs. 125.00

and other two job sheets did not bear any date. Each time I had to pay the charges for one thing or the other. It is again creating problem.

Kindly look into the matter and if possible please do the needful at the earliest. If any information as and when is required I will send it to you.

I hope you will understand my problem as you know at what cost it was purchased by me.
