MPOWER COMMUNICATIONS
I have had Mpower for about three or four years always paying the bill, sometimes it was late but always paid.
My phone service was shut off because I recieved a late notice and I called the customer service and explained that I wouldnt be getting paid until 2 days after the due date, and that I would FedX the payment to them, the rep was very abrupt and unprofessional and said sorry there is nothing I can do you will be shut off, I said Yes but I am going to pay the bill so what is the problem, cant you work with me, she said no, I told her if you shut me off I will not pay the bill and go somewhere else,
her reply was Ok thank you and have a nice day and she hung up on me, after a few years of service with no interupt I think that was uncalled for. Now I am without a phone and my balance due was only $120.00 and I have had bills higher than that that I have paid in full.
They love to shut you off so they can collect a one hundred dollar fee to turn you back on, so the end result is that I owe them a louzy fourty dollars after deducting my deposit. People like that shouldnt be working for the public, everyone else I pay bills to is more than happy to work with you in hard times. Whats Mpowers problem?
