My bank account has been drafted $9.95 per month since December 05,2003, in spite of the fact that the automatic ship was cancelled, due to ineffectiveness, during the first 30 days after receiving the product initially in early December.

I have complained monthly pon the telephone line at 1-888-829-0625 to no avail. The automatic drafts continue in as much as my bank indicates I must take this matter up with you directly.

Please reply to this email and provide a direct access number by which I may call you to resolve this issue and recover the unauthorized debits you have made from my checking account.

I have never received additional product - only the draft - since cancelling the automatic shipment. Clearly, the shipment got cancelled but the draft was not.
