I also have had a very bad experience with NCO Financial Systems. I agree that this is the worst company in the world. They are now trying to collect on an account from 10 years ago which I filed bankruptcy on 7 years ago. I am presently trying to buy a house and they popped up on my credit, from 10 years ago! These people were the rudest people I have ever delt with, ever. I made calls for 4 straight days before I even got to talk to someone who actually knew what was going on.

Of course they were as rude as the rest. In that 4 days I was transfered from dept. to dept. and put on hold for a total of nearly 5 hours! I'm not exagerating this at all. It wasn't untill the 4th day of callling that I talked to someone reguarding the issue. Then after explaining the whole situation to 3 different peoplr from India or some forgin land , which you could not understand, or could understand you, I finally explained the account was included in a bankruptcy, they still tryed to collect the money!

Some one should do something about this company. After reading a complaint more in depth than mine on the same company, I just had to write and comfirm the experience with that place. Makes you want to cuss and throw things! I have to stop writing now cause I'm so mad again.
