My complaint was handled very businesslike and was just a matter of my never getting the credit card bill with the credit on it until after I wrote the co. They are a good honest company Haband.

I asked Haband to verify if they had given me credit for 2 jogging suits that were returned since I had not seen them on my credit card and they were already paid for. I have not received an answer yet, but did get notified that they shipped out my new order.

Also it seems Googles can't find haband.net online.
