We have been receiving dunning calls from ER solutions regarding a Verizon bill that has already been paid in the amount of $68.38.

The collector on the phone was rude, informed me she could call me by my first name when I requested to be called by my surname and referred to us as "you guys". Finally, I just hung up because it became a screaming match and a power struggle. These people really need some training.
