months ago i cancelled membership from bmg music after i received a past due bill. it seems that my 14 yr old granddaughter ordered music in my name without my knowledgement. when i could final find a phone i call and told them to cancel since a minor had ordered and i would send the payment of the cd's she had received. but not to send any more order forms or anything else.

but they did not follow my wishes. i am receiving brochures and they have not cancel my membership like i requested. any suggestions on how to get this problem taken care of. it seems i can not find a phone number now. thank u. and if anyone else has bmg music phone number send to
