First Premier Bank - I applied for a credit card with First Premier Bank on line, paid 200.00, waited the 30 days required for processing, called customer service and was told that " someone else" must have received my money

First Premier Bank - I applied for a credit card with First Premier Bank on line, paid 200.00, waited the 30 days required for processing, called customer service and was told that " someone else" must have received my money

I applied for a credit card with First Premier Bank on line, paid 200.00, waited the 30 days required for processing, called customer service and was told that " someone else" must have received my money, they only accept money orders or check. I paid with a debit card. This has cleared through my bank.

 

What steps should I take? I just want a refund.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
