Billing department for Sprint PCS.

 

Sprint PCS, was always a good company for me because I always move, and so I could never a contract. This last time I canceled my service, they sent me a bill for 169 dollars. So I called them, thinking that there must be a mistake. They acknowledged that there was a mistake. They told me that they balance of my bill was 0.

 

Three months later I get the same bill again, when I get this bill I call again. There must be another mistake. I talked to a representative named Sara. I told they that I would pay this in a minute if they could show me a place where I signed. They never mentioned anything about a contract and didn't mention it through out the conversation. Sprint didn't listen to anything I had to say. Her manager came on and told me that I could not dispute these charges and hung up on me. Didn't let me say anything.

 

That is the rudest anyone has ever been to me. I never signed a contract and the charges on my account are bogus. But the representatives at Sprint PCS wont listen and Sprint are charging me for something that I had no control over. I feel that it is there mistake and they have no hold up because no contract was signed.

 

I don’t know what I can do. They act like I'm a little kid that doesn’t know anything about contracts.
