AOL offers a good service but canceling your account can be a trying experience; just try and see for yourself. It took my wife and I nearly five months to cancel our account. Here is how we finally did it:

1. Go to Keyword: Cancel

2. Scroll to the very bottom for the fax number

3. Include all requested account information in your fax
