AT&T long distance
Since late February of 2004 I have contacted AT&T and advised them to remove their long distance from my Bell South service. Each month thereafter I have been charged for a service I have not used and each month I call to tell them to remove it.
I have spoken with about 7 representatives of AT&T, none of which speak clear English nor seem to understand I have requested on a monthly basis to have their long distance service removed from my phone. I have advised them I am continuing to be billed for months of long distance service they ensured me had been disconnected.
The problem is that in order to keep from having a bad credit on some report I have to pay them but how can I get them off of my phone. I assure you all of my friends and family have been forewarned as I will email everyone I know of the problems they could run into with AT&T.
As someone who understands the value of real customer service, I hope enough people boycott the company so they have to take a better look at their practices or go under for all I care.
