Banner Tire & Auto Repair - I am having a problem

I am having a problem with a company called Banner Tire & Auto Repair. I brought my truck into the shop to have the air conditioner fixed which they said they had fixed and billed me $795 for the job. My husband drives the truck almost exclusively and he complained that it was not working properly. After my nagging, he finally took it back to Banner and they said a switch was burned out, which they said they did fix

and my husband took it home.

A few days later, my husband noticed a lot of water leaking from the truck, so he took it back to Banner and they told him that it needed a new water pump and a new battery. That would cost $232.50 and if he wanted the A/C fixed it would be another $620 since it needed another part. When I complained that we had already spent $795 on A/C repairs and it still was not working, he (Service Manager Adam) said that there was nothing he could do about it.

No adjustment on the bill since we had already spent the $795 on the truck. We were shocked at how indifferent he was to our problem, especially in view of the fact that we were good customers spent thousands of dollars a year with them because we had both of our cars serviced there. We opted to pay for the repairs that were done and attempt to seek satisfaction elsewhere i.e. litigation, consumer organizations, various helplines etc.

I think that this is a real outrage taking advantage of people who are trying to get by on disability payments and something should be done about it.
