Haband - A week ago I recieved the free gift that was supposed to be sent with my order but have not recieved the order that was to be sent on the same day

I placed an order with Haband on the 21th of May and recieved a confirmation on May 26th that my order had been shipped. A week ago I recieved the free gift that was supposed to be sent with my order but have not recieved the order that was to be sent on the same day.

My charge card was charged for this order. I did call customer service to report that the day after I placed my order two charges that I did not make were placed on my charge card card and since this was the only charge I had made on the card that I thought someone there used my card to make the purchases..

If the gift and purchase was shipped at the same time I should have gotten them at the same time.I don't think I will order again from Haband.
