In April 2004 I ordered one exercise equipment from QVC. A couple of weeks later this exercise equipment was delivered by UPS. The UPS driver told me that there were two more large packages on the truck for me which looked just like the one which I had just received. I did not accept the other two packages, they were never in my hands and never left the UPS truck.

 

When I received my statement from QVC 2 more exercise equipments were charged to my account on a later date, but showed as being returned on an earlier date. When I wrote to QVC, I was told the computer made a mistake. I was also given the runaround when I asked for the two items which I had not ordered to be taken off of my account and also the returns of the items, because I had not returned anything. I consider it fraud when someone charges something to my account which I did not order and it is also fraud, when it shows on my account as being returned by me, when I did not return anything.

 

QVC should set up an account for "Computer Errors" and charge the errors to that account and not to the unsuspecting customer. The returns not made by the customer should also shown up on that account. When I explained that to QVC customer service in writing I was asked to call them and talk to customer service.

 

How is that for customer service? Recently one of the managers in customer service sent me an e-mail stating that they have received something which I supposedly returned and will credit my account. I asked when they had received the item and was told, it had never been returned. I have been dealing with QVC for 18 years, but have never seen anything like this before.
