Neco Replacement Engines

I bought a replacement engine from NECO engines for my 1996 chevy blazer in February 2004. The engine was installed by Ritchie Automotive in Glen Burnie, Maryland at the direction of Neco. Neco claims that the

engine has a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty, advertised on their web page. I paid for many extras after work was started on my truck because I was told it was needed for the warranty.

To this day, I have not recieved ANY warranty on this engine from Neco. I have called and e-mailed them but they do not reply. In one phone call they said the warranties were on the table to mail, but we never heard from them again.

Ritchie Automotive installed the engine, but said it was Neco's warranty. I also never got a reciept (only my canceled check) for the engine and never recieved a core charge back for the old engine. Not a good way to do business!
