On april 11,2004 we checked into Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. I had called ahead to see if pets would be accepted. I was told up to 10 lbs.My dog weighs 13.Lady said it would be up to manager.Desk clerk told me to bring dog in for manager to see.

Manager approved his stay.Desk clerk said she would have to charge me extra 20.00 dollars for him.When i went to sign credit card slip she had charged me an extra 50.00 dollars also. She said i would get that refunded after a pet check. We stayed 11th and 12th.During this time we would walk buy rooms that were being cleaned that looked like a pig sty. Some college kids were there and their rooms looked like a tornado had hit them.

At one time my brother had beer spilled on his shirt from people staying above us.It was a new shirt and he had just put it on. We told lady cleaning room and she said i dont see anybody up there. I supposed she needs her eyes checked or some glasses. The oder said it all. When we went to check out desk clerk said he would have to get someone to check room. Did i want to wait. I did because room was almost as clean as when we checked in and i wanted to be sure i got my 50.00 back. It was refunded while i waited. My question is are the people that trashes the room, the drunks, the dope addicts,and pigs charged 50.00 dollar deposit. I probably know the answer to that.

No because they would not get it back and then would raise hell because they trashed your rooms. My dog is probably cleaner than the majority of your customers. He did pass the pet check. And also, we ate several meals from the small restaurant i assume is part of resort. Young girl that works in there is rude, nothing but a smart ass and lazy. At one point i was standing behind some young people and she said they could kiss her ass. There was a Mcdonalds and Burger King right up the road.

The kids left. Probably going to try and salvage one of their vacation days that had been ruined by this young lady. She had short brown hair and looked a little on the tackey side.
