This complaint is about BCS wireless. Dear Complaints.com, I am a consumer who also is having a problem with BCS wireless.I received two phones with my contract, but I only needed one. So, I sent back the unused phone, never opened and they told me that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 cancellation fee.
Now, two years later they have put me in collections for the above amount and they want me to prove that I don't have to pay it. Why don't people document when you make a cancellation. It really is causing alot of headaches. If you have any advice for me and the other disgruntled customer I would appreciate it! Sincerely,
