Hi..I had dinner at Tommy V's restaurant in Bay City, MI on Friday, June 4, 2004. I order an VIP appetizer platter which included chicken fingers. I cut into one of the chicken fingers and the inside was raw. We called the waitress over to our table and told her.

She asked me if there was something i wanted to replace the order. Scared to try the chicken fingers again, I ordered a pizza which was very tasty and I felt a little better about the situation. After that she stopped by our table, and told us that only one of the two chicken fingers were raw and the other one was fine. When the waitress brought our bill, she explained that they had talked to the owner and only charged me for the appetizer platter since it was cheaper and that they would take another 10 percent off the bill when it was rung up. The bill totaled 32.65.

When we got the change back, there was only 7 dollars there and no 10 percent taken off the bill. At first I thought they had only shorted us 35 cents. I was very mad. On the way out of the restaurant, I talked to the owner and told him I was the girl who had the chicken fingers that were raw in the middle..and he looked at me and said "here?

in my restaurant tonight?? and I said "yes, they told me they told you" he said "i never knew anything about it" and he asked me if it was taken care of and I said yes..but then your waitress shorted me (at that time i said 35 cents) ..he kind of chuckled at me and pulled 35 cents out of his pants pocket ..I looked at him and said "don't bother..we won't be back" and we walked out...so 1) I got uncooked chicken fingers; 2) lied to by the waitress and 3) shorted money. Like I told the owner, I will never eat at Tommy V's ever again.
