AOL - I am getting kicked off AOL alot lately. Why is this?

I am getting kicked off AOL alot lately. Why is this? And tons of Pop ups. I installed and used the SPYWARE that an AOL TECH recommended. It didn't seem to improve things. Are there problems we are supposed to know about. and What is it with Viruses that steal our credit card numbers after we are told that you are the safest server? Hum? Please can you tell me..

I am in a talent contest an my winning on line depends on the ability of the public to Vote on line for me. And you are not helping. I am our of work because of health reasons and need the winnings to pay bills.......
