00716-00900-20030: still not shipped!

Hello First & Second, My order 00716-00900-200ss that was issued on May 14 has not yet been shipped. Three (3) days ago, Mr./Ms. Shilpa Khanna promissed via e-mail, that it would ship in 2 days (see below). The www.firstandsecond.com site still shows:

Order Status : Under Processing

and both books:

Current Shipping Status: Unavailable in primary warehouse,being

procured from secondary warehouse Obviously, you cannot keep your side of the deal.

Please cancel the order and refund my credit card immediately. I am not interested and will not accept store credit. Please acknowledge as soon as possible.
