The account has been closed for 6 years and they are still charging me late and finance charges. The website posts the account with credit available! Representatives promise someone to call you to work things out and instead you get the threats on how this is your debt. I've paid this account down to zero - three times, I am no longer paying my debt - only someones' salary. I feel angered, but ultimately-helpless, because I have enough crucial problems as it is.
