SBC - I have been disconnected so many times it is crazy and they had no reason to disconnect me

SBC is the worst company I have ever had to deal with they are rude, disrespectful and a bunch of as h o e I am sure you can figure out what that word is suppose to be. I have been disconnected so many times it is crazy and they had no reason to disconnect me.

One time they disconnected me three times in one month and come to find out it was their fault because they did not put the information in right so I had to fax papers to Ohio .

They do not have a payment center here to go and pay your bills why is that , you are suppose to be here for your customers we are the ones that pay SBC employees if it wasnt for us you would not have a job.

I have several people who have left SBC because of what they have done , one friend had someone use their phone number to call South Africa three calls equal up to over $800.00 do you know SBC would not help since they did not make these phone calls AT&T took care of the bill.
