Dear Consumers,

The Cherry Hill Triplex strikes again. I went on May 21, 2004 to purchase a new or used vechicle under their supposed promotion that they will trade anything. I traded my used 2003 Neon that was previously owned by Enterprise Rental and then sold to Brandow Dogde , where I purchaed it.

I actually drove off the lot with a new 2004 Kia Optima LXV6 and was given a temporary tag until my paper worked cleared. Hear me people. I was actually allowed to drive off the lot with the new with the assumption that I would be called back to sign my final papers. Imagine the embrassment I am experiencing that everyone thinks I have a new car.

Well here the SURPRISE TO ME, today ( 6.3.04) to what I thought would be the final paperwork. By surprise I was told that they could not sell the car to me that the bank would not give amount they wanted to finance the car. I was then told I had to return back to my old car. Now listen to this after I went and purchased brand new insurance today to finalize the paperwork.

Now can someone tell me that after two weeks of having the car, why wasnt I notified that there might be a possibility that I could not keep the car. Plus, while I was there, I overheard a woman cry about the samething who had her car for 5 weeks.
