www. digitaldelivered.com, the worst serves I ever seem
hi: my name is jennifer and the company I would like to complaint about is www.digitaldelivered.com. they have the worse serves I ever seem in my entire life. I ordered a digital camera from them on May 24,2004, the front dest lady told me that it will be delivered to me within 2 days, but I haven't got it until today.and that is after more than 10 phone calls.
And the worse part is when I open my package, I found that it had been open before and severa stuffs had been missing, including the warranty card!and the following is their promises:(Remember, everything we sell includes the full retail package and carry the USA manufacturers warranty) you can view this on their home page.
I also found that the lid of the batteries container was broken so it wouldn't close completely. I am so tried of dealing with them. and tomorrow I have to deal with them again about the exchanging of the camera. if anyone knows a way that can help me, please tell me! jennifer
