I purchased the home in April 2003 and noticed that the cabinets were very mildly discolored. They are a white laminate and have turned "butter" yellow over the last year. Since purchasing the home they have continued to discolor and are now a complete loss. I saw that there are a number of complaints regarding this manufacturer and they are not willing to stand behind the product.

Is there any pending class action litigation out there? It appears that a legal remedy will be the only way to get something done. My attempts to contact the company have proven fruitless and nobody will return my calls.
